ROHS Compliance Testing
EU rules restricting the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment to protect the environment and public health The amount of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) generated every year in the EU is increasing rapidly. It is now one of the fastest growing waste streams.Electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) contains hazardous substances. Since 2003, EU laws have restricted the use of these hazardous substances. We at test hub laboratories test the ROHS compliance of such products. The following tests are conducted according to IEC 62321 to certify the ROHS compliance.
Testing can be carried out on:
- Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)
- Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE)
- Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP)
- Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)
- Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)
- Lead (Pb),Mercury,Cadmium
- Hexavalent chromium.
We also carry out tests as per LEED(LEED V4.1, EN 717-1 & EN 16516) & CDPH tests(VOC Emission Monitoring).
